This is a hands-on role where you''ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting maintenance issues - ideally with experience in electrical / plumbing.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the site - Plumbing and electrical experience highly desirable Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and building issues promptlyComplete routine repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on all equipmentConduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they occurMaintain overall site cleanliness and safety standardsAct as the designated first aider (full training provided)Respond quickly to any issues that may disrupt daily operationsSupport the wider team with maintenance-related queries and solutionsEssential ..... full job details .....
