The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the site, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, general building repairs, plumbing work and facilities projects. Working as part of a small facilities team, the successful candidate will ensure faults and maintenance requirements are dealt with safely and efficiently to minimise downtime. Roles & Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the Braintree site. Complete general maintenance tasks and assist with facilities projects as required. Carry out plumbing work on water heaters, washroom sanitary equipment, catering services and drainage. Ensure all plumbing installation and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with relevant British Standards.
