Fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated and diverse Facilities Management team that plays a vital role insupporting our organisation. The team works behind the scenes to ensure our buildings, services and workspaces remain safe, efficient and welcoming for staff, visitors and service users alike. About the role Basic maintenance tasks including some painting. Weekly/monthly compliance testing. Assisting with access for contractors for maintenance, PPM and Compliance, Liaising with Senior Facilities Officer and FM helpdesk. Set up rooms for events. Build furniture as required. Assist with basic cleaning. Grounds maintenance, weeding and litter picking. Moto X track maintenance at West Hyde. Key holder. Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Goods in Function, including receiving and distributing deliveries. Respond to facilities requests raised through the Helpdesk and Site Management. Furniture moves and general porterage duties, including heavy lifting. Supporting waste management activities, including the collection and disposal of cardboard and confidential waste.
