About the Role This position plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of a busy legal office. You''ll provide day-to-day facilities support, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised workplace. Key Responsibilities Asset tracking and service request managementRegular floor walks to support staff and identify issuesReporting and monitoring maintenance issues with external vendorsSupporting reactive tasks and project work with the wider teamCoordinating office moves and workstation setupsPreparing new joiner offices and assisting leaversMonitoring and reporting defects (lighting, HVAC, leaks, blinds, etc.)Carrying out basic repairs and troubleshootingSupervising contractors as requiredSupporting health and safety inspections, DSE checks, and risk assessments Candidate Profile We are seeking someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a strong customer-service mindset.
