This is a key role in ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and well maintained for staff and visitors.About the role Working Hours: 37 hours per weekMonday - Friday: Between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PMAround £12.71 per hourWeekly pay Key Responsibilities Opening and closing the siteGeneral maintenance and basic repairsCarrying out health and safety checks across the premisesSetting up rooms for meetings and eventsMonitoring site security and responding to issues or emergenciesLiaising with contractors where requiredEnsuring outdoor areas and buildings are kept safe and presentable The Ideal Candidate Will Have previous facilities, maintenance, or site support experience (similar environment desirable)Be practical, proactive, and reliableHave a good understanding of health and safety proceduresBe flexible and comfortable working early or split shifts Compliance Enhanced DBS (essential) ..... full job details .....
