We have a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a permanent basis. Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their teamSummary of the Facilities Assistant roleSalary: £25,000 per annum Location: Milton Keynes Type of Contract: PermanentHours: 30 hours Monday - Friday 8/8:30am - 2/2:30pmResponsibilities of the Facilities Assistant Cleaning toilets, common areas, offices and other facilities.Emptying rubbish and litter picking around site.Cleaning of windows, floors and surfaces.Maintaining replenishment stations, including topping up tea, coffee, milk etc.Assisting with the set-up and clearing away of events in meeting rooms.Assisting with general maintenance and repairs. Requirements for a successful Facilities Assistant Previous cleaning experience within an office and manufacturing environment.Hands on with a flexible approach to work. Excellent communication skills.Good team player.Well organised with excellent time management skills.Strong work ethic.
