Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with office setups for meetings and events.Assisting with incoming deliveries.Conducting regular inspections to ensure that facilities are safe and compliant.Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.Handling incoming requests from staff regarding facilities issues with a smile.Helping to create a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office spaces.
