The role is varied and suited to someone practical, reliable, and happy to support all areas of office operations. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to day running of the offices and acting as a point of contact for visitors and contractors. Key Responsibilities Providing reception support, including signing visitors in and out during busy times and receptionist absence. Acting as an office assistant/runner, including delivering boxes, letters, and other items around the building. Restocking office and kitchen supplies. Ordering and receiving office, kitchen, and maintenance supplies when required, so they should be comfortable taking ownership of this.
