Position: Temporary Facilities AssistantContract type: Temporary 3 monthsPay: 12.21 per hour + holiday pay + benefitsLocation: LondonWe are seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our clients London office. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will help ensure the smooth running of office services, maintenance coordination, and health and safety compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for facilities queriesCoordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractorsMaintain compliance, inspection, and training recordsSupport health and safety processes (inductions, fire drills, risk assessments)Manage office supplies and monitor stock levelsAssist with access control, visitor logs, and security processesSupport meeting room bookings and office eventsEnsure communal areas are safe and well-presentedAbout YouPrevious facilities or administrative experience preferredStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of health and safety regulations desirableFirst Aid / Fire Warden certification (or willingness to obtain)You will be adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.If you have the necessary skills and background and would like the opportunity to join a passionate team and play an essential role in ..... full job details .....
