Facilities and Maintenance Technician Location: Kettering, UKSalary: Up to £25,000 per annum + on-call allowanceHours: 37.5 hours per weekShift Pattern: Rotating 3-week shift patternInteraction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities team of a well-established organisation based in Kettering.This is a varied, hands-on position responsible for helping to ensure the organisation''s sites are maintained in a safe, secure and efficient condition. The role covers general maintenance, facilities, site security and health and safety duties, making it an ideal opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach.The Role As a Facilities and Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out general facilities, caretaking and maintenance dutiesUndertaking basic DIY, plumbing, painting and decoratingOperating a FLT as requiredCompleting toilet and facilities logsOpening and closing the site and maintaining site securityActing as a site key holderResponding to intruder and fire alarm call-outsCarrying out safety and maintenance checks on pool vehiclesConducting routine Health and Safety checksSupporting hospitality requirements when requiredAssisting with occasional heavy lifting and moving of equipmentWorking closely with colleagues across different departments to support the smooth running of the site Working Hours The role operates on a rotating three-week shift pattern:Week 1: Monday to ..... full job details .....
