If you''re someone who enjoys fixing problems, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and isn''t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this could be the role for you.You''ll play a key part in maintaining the site, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure facilities, equipment and external areas remain safe, clean and operational.What You''ll Be DoingCarrying out general maintenance and basic repairs across the siteSupporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesResponding to day-to-day maintenance issues quickly and effectivelyMonitoring equipment and site services to ensure safe operationCompleting safety checks and reporting hazardsMaintaining external areas and supporting site cleanlinessAssisting contractors working on siteLooking after tools and equipmentActing as a keyholder, completing daily site checks and shutdown proceduresTaking part in the out-of-hours response rotaWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a maintenance, facilities or practical hands-on roleGood general maintenance skills and a proactive attitudeBasic knowledge of health and safety practicesThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and comfortable carrying out manual tasksA full UK driving licenceDesirable (but not essential)Electrical ..... full job details .....
