This role is responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, supporting statutory compliance requirements, and helping to ensure that our buildings and grounds remain safe, secure, fully operational, and welcoming for staff, students, visitors and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of building maintenance and facilities duties across multiple city-centre sites and will be responsible for key-holding, security, and out-of-hours emergency response duties.
