They are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to join their expanding team. As Facilities Manager, what you''ll be doing: Ensure site compliance across key areas including fire systems, LOLER, PSSR, Legionella and electrical safety, supporting the Facilities Manager in maintaining standardsManage facilities across the full manufacturing site and head office, covering both planned maintenance and reactive worksLead projects from initial concept through to completion, driving compliance improvements and site modernisationOversee a full-time, on-site contractor providing compliance supportCoordinate and manage contractor activity on a day-to-day basisMonitor and control the Facilities and Compliance budget What we''ll need fom you: Strong commitment to safety, actively promoting safe behaviours, addressing risks and supporting continuous improvement as a Facilities Manager mindset (IOSH Managing Safely and CDM 2017 training desirable)Experience managing statutory inspections, including LOLER, Legionella, LEV, asbestos and life safety systemsEffective maintenance planning skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong contractor and stakeholder relationshipsAble to prioritise work across a broad and varied ..... full job details .....
