The Role: Responsible for the safe, reliable and compliant operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of critical site infrastructure and plant support services within a manufacturing environment. Experienced in the planned, preventive and reactive maintenance of extraction systems, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, industrial balers, gas distribution, water distribution and fire safety systems , ensuring maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Lead reliability-focused maintenance activities by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, conducting root cause failure analysis, FMECA and reliability assessments to minimise downtime and improve asset performance. Monitor plant facilities, identify reliability risks, and develop cost-effective engineering solutions that enhance system longevity, safety and compliance with statutory regulations.
