Out client is looking for a full-time office based Receptionist/Facilities Administrator to join their small team at a prestigious residential building in the heart of Mayfair. This is a unique hybrid role combining reception duties, building operations and property coordination, with a pathway to become a personal assistant to the property owner and their family.Client DetailsOur client is a small private equity firm based in Mayfair, they are known for their polished, professional approach and emphasis on operational efficiency, fostering a structured and supportive workplace environment.DescriptionWelcome building guests and tenants, ensuring a warm, professional environment.Oversee daily building checks and liaise with Airbnb contractors and service providersCoordinate property portfolio maintenance and ensure compliance (including HMO licensing).Manage building security, access, and supplies - be the primary point of contact for the buildingMonitor rent/invoice payments and maintain strong tenant relationships.Assist with personal tasks, errands and family-related ad hoc booking arrangements for the property owner when necessaryProfileA successful Receptionist/Facilities Administrator should have:A degree strongly preferredConfident and switched on multitasker with excellent organisational and communication skillsPrevious experience in a similar administrative/ professional customer service or reception role.Proficiency in using office software and systems.A discreet, ..... full job details .....
