Facilities Administrator

This is an immediate start, three month temporary Facilities Administrator position, offering a steady and structured environment to settle straight into.

As a Facilities Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to the Facilities team, processing tickets and faults and updating end users
• Sourcing tradespeople and suppliers in line with agreed service level agreements
• Updating and monitoring the compliance dashboard
• Reconciling invoices and purchase orders, and raising purchase orders as required
• Generating regular reports from the AMS system and uploading certificates and reports for individual locations
• Supporting the Facilities Manager with the Facilities Calendar, keeping sites informed of upcoming bookings

As a Facilities Administrator, your experience will include:

• Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and Excel
• A proven ability to follow a schedule of work accurately
• A good level of written and spoken English
• Confidence managing your own workload and time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role, or an understanding of the health and social care sector, is desirable but not essential
