This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the day-to-day operations of a commercial building, ensuring maintenance activities, compliance documentation and client communications are managed efficiently. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for engineers, contractors, clients and occupiers, helping to ensure the smooth running of the site. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Engineering teams. Raise, manage and track reactive and planned maintenance requests through CAFM systems. Monitor and update Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules. Maintain site compliance records and health and safety documentation. Coordinate contractor attendance, permits to work and access requirements. Respond to client and occupier queries via email and telephone.
