Facilities Administrator
My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services across a diverse portfolio in London.This is a varied role combining stakeholder engagement, contract oversight, compliance, and project support. You''ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and site users to ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and operating effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration to support the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across multiple sitesAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring high service standardsMonitor contractor performance, including maintenance, PPM, and compliance activitiesSupport project delivery, including small works and capital projectsEnsure Health and Safety and statutory compliance Assist with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement of estate servicesAbout YouExperience in Facilities Management, Property, or Estates (ideal but not essential if you have a strong administration background)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsKnowledge of maintenance, compliance, and contractor oversightOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of Health and Safety and statutory compliance requirementsPrize Placements is acting as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.We regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
