We''re urgently seeking a Facilities Administrator to join our client''s maintenance team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone and experienced in coordinating repairs and facilities issues.
What you''ll be doing:
- Taking inbound calls from customers reporting faults (leaks, damages, urgent repairs, etc.)
- Logging requests accurately and efficiently
- Dispatching engineers and following up on urgent work orders
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Keeping records up-to-date and ensuring service standards are met
What we''re looking for:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle priorities
- Experience in facilities, property management, or scheduling (preferred but not essential)
- Available to start this Thursday
