As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing tickets and faults through internal systems and updating end users
  • Sourcing tradespeople and suppliers in line with service level agreements
  • Reconciling invoices and purchase orders
  • Uploading certificates and reports to AMS for individual locations
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with calendar management and site bookings
As an Administrator, your experience will include:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Confidence using systems and dashboards to manage tasks
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices
  • Ability to work independently and handle ad hoc requests
