- Reconciling invoices and purchase orders
- Uploading certificates and reports to AMS for individual locations
- Supporting the Facilities Manager with calendar management and site bookings
- Previous administrative experience
- Confidence using systems and dashboards to manage tasks
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices
- Ability to work independently and handle ad hoc requests
