Facilities Administrator required for a leading facilities management company.
The role will include;
- Use of in house CAFM / Maintenance system.
- Logging jobs, confirming appointments with engineers.
- Upload completion certificates to CAFM system.
- Liaising with estates colleges and update of works / jobs.
- Good phone manner and IT skills including Microsoft office and word.
