The ideal candidate will liaise with key stakeholders, third parties, and team members to ensure excellent service, taking responsibility for post management, asset upkeep, building standards, visitors, and events.Responsibilities

Create an excellent service and welcome for all customers and staff at the HQ building.Responsible for maintenance of coffee machines, including daily cleaning and checks.Maintain office stationery stock levels and hoard supplies as required.Restock kitchenette areas, such as fruit, cups, and consumables.Greet guests and follow security procedures, providing correct access for staff and contractors.Complete monthly clear desk audits.Build stakeholder relationships and be approachable for on-the-day operational issues.Support setup of meeting rooms and events.Conduct regular office checks and report concerns for improvements.Experience working in a fast-paced facilities operational environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, the ability to liaise with stakeholders, work efficiently, and implement new processes. The ability to work using own initiative, judgment, and discretion is essential.Desirable Skills
