Job Title: Facilities Admin AssistantLocation: Piccadilly Circus, LondonContract Type: TemporaryDuration: 3-6 monthsPay: 14- 15.50 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM The Role:As a Facilities Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of our client''s facilities operations. Your responsibilities will include:Update Daily Contractors Calendar - liaise with CAMF Administrator and Facilities CoordinatorService Contract - General administrationGeneral admin assistance to the facilities teamCAFM Escalations - Liaise with maintenance contractor and send on to Facilities coordinator Purchase Orders - RandM and Contracts general administration HandS Tracker updating and relevant admin requiredPandP Team meeting notes, attend meetings as needed to take minutesCompliance certification - filing, printing and distribution as neededOrdering of office suppliesWhat We''re Looking For:Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Proficiency in MS Office packages, SharePoint, and Excel.Detail orientated.Previous admin experience is required but facilities experience is a bonus.
