We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to join our team-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting and is ready to play a key role in managing refurbishment and maintenance projects across a secure and complex estate for the MOD.This is a varied and rewarding position where you will be responsible for ensuring the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works, as well as small-scale additional projects. You will play a key role in maintaining buildings that are safe, operational, and fully compliant, using your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure high standards are consistently met.You''ll also review Risk Assessments and Method Statements, carry out job inspections, and ensure that all activity is accurately recorded in our CAFM systems. Compliance with statutory requirements - including Legionella, Asbestos, and Confined Spaces protocols - will form a key part of your responsibilities, and you may also hold appointments such as Authorised Person or Responsible Person for specific disciplines.
