This role is ideal for an experienced education professional who can provide engaging, personalised tuition and support students in reaching their full potential, particularly those requiring additional support to close learning gaps and improve attainment.About the Face-to-Face Tutor Role:As a Face-to-Face Tutor, you will work directly with KS3 and KS4 students on a one-to-one or small-group basis, delivering tailored learning sessions that meet individual needs. You will help learners overcome barriers to education, improve attainment, and develop confidence across core curriculum subjects.Key Responsibilities as a Face-to-Face Tutor:Personalised Tuition Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group tuition sessions tailored to the needs of KS3 and KS4 learners.Targeted Academic Support: Identify learning gaps and implement effective teaching strategies to improve attainment, progress, and examination readiness.Student Engagement: Build positive relationships with students to increase motivation, confidence, attendance, and participation in learning.Progress Monitoring: Assess, track, and record student progress, adapting tuition programmes and ..... full job details .....
