Working alongside a major Tier 1 main contractor, you will take ownership of a high-value fa-ade and external envelope package on a flagship development valued at approximately -300 million . This is a career-defining opportunity to play a pivotal role on a technically challenging, high-profile scheme that will become a benchmark project within the industry. The Role As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of the fa-ade and external works package. You will manage programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships while coordinating with the Tier 1 contractor, design teams, consultants and specialist supply chain partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex fa-ade and external works packages safely, on time and within budget.
