façade / externals manager

The role is with the project team at reporting to the project director to look after a -10 mill section of works on this - 75 mill major project running for the next 8 months.

Dealing with the cladding and external works / ground works packages from groundwork''s to facade sub-contractors you will manager test inspection plans and weekly meetings to the out on site management and health and safety of the contractors as required


Reporting to the project director for the scheme over the coming months you will tasked with the management of subcontractors works .on site and the technical problem solving for the main contractor.


Applicants must have up to date CSCS as well as experience on building projects in excess of -10 with a good understanding cladding and lager construction sites .


This is an immediate start for the right suitably qualified candidate and with ongoing work on this scheme potentially and a number of projects being awarded in the area.
