We are currently recruiting for an experienced Façade Engineer to join a well-established and growing team based in London. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the capital and the wider South East.

You will play a key role in the technical design, review and delivery of façade and external envelope packages, ensuring compliance, performance and buildability from concept through to completion.

• Design and technical assessment of façade and cladding systems

• Review of curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing and external envelope details

• Carry out site inspections and condition surveys

• Prepare technical reports, specifications and compliance documentation

• Ensure adherence to UK Building Regulations and relevant fire safety standards

• Provide technical support throughout RIBA stages

• Liaise with architects, contractors, developers and internal teams

• Support resolution of on-site technical queries and design challenges
  
  

• Proven experience working as a Façade Engineer within the UK market

• Strong understanding of façade systems and external wall construction

• Knowledge of fire safety standards (desirable)

• Experience undertaking site visits and producing technical reports

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
