      <description>Location: Haydock | Salary: &amp;pound;210 - &amp;pound;230/day | Type: Temporary | Facade Site Manager Liverpool 8-week contract Start date: 20/07/26 Day rate: circa £220–£230 per day Student accommodation recladding / remediation project  Winsearch UK is proud ot partner with a North West-based commercial roofing and cladding contractor, for an experienced Facade Site Manager to oversee an 8-week project in Liverpool. My client works across commercial roofing and cladding, including systems such as rainscreen, composite, twin skin, brick slip, GRC, zinc, terracotta and wider façade packages.   The role This is a short-term contract role on an existing student accommodation block, with works focused around façade remediation and internal partition works. It is possible that for the right person, this role could become a permanent opportunity as my client continues to win new work.   You’ll be the senior person on site, managing a team of 5 operatives and reporting directly into the directors. The job is quite public-facing, so my client needs someone who is organised, sharp on quality, and confident liaising with the client and other stakeholders.
