About the Role

Based in London, this permanent Facades Package Manager position with Amida offers a salary between £80,000 and £90,000 plus a comprehensive package. The successful candidate will oversee complex building envelope packages, valued up to £40 million, on contracts reaching £500 million. You will coordinate site activities to align with project programmes, review installation processes for efficiency, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations. Ideal applicants bring over five years of experience from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor, a leading developer, or a specialist subcontractor. Proficiency in managing unitised, stick, or architectural pre-cast systems is essential. This role requires robust coordination skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

My client who''re a leading player in the Dandamp;B and CM marketplace on construction contracts up to £500million are now in the marketplace for another Facades Package Manager.

The ideally candidate will have over 5 years package management experience, either working for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading developer.

Following on, candidates who come from a sub-contracting building envelope provider that has delivered large unitised, stick or architectural pre-cast packages up to £40million in value will also be heavily considered.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Coordinate programmes and site activities to ensure they are in line with project requirements
Review all installation processes for efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant safety guidelines.
Manage and coordinate with architects, engineering professionals, clients and sub-contractors to ensure that key targets and programmes are achieved
Review façade design and interface details
Developing best suitable construction methodologies for the project
Reviewing and monitoring design development against CP''s (Contractor Proposals)
Construction work programme development and consequent monitoring
Sequencing construction works to ensure handover dates are met
Reviewing and signing off risk assessments andamp; method statements
Preparing short term planning programmes/look aheads
