Responsibilities
Manage site teams of trades on large, fast-moving projects for facades and cladding.
Ensure site activity for facades and cladding runs to programme and is properly planned.
Oversee installation and organisation of subcontract packages.
Work with a specialist subcontractor mindset, with experience in Corten cladding and Schuco curtain walling preferred.
Manage multiple projects across Leeds and Manchester and travel between sites as required.
Requirements
A valid CSCS Card
A valid SMSTS Card
