Are you ready to take the lead on high-profile new build projects with a company that''s growing fast and delivering some of the UK''s most exciting external envelope packages?

We''re working with a specialist contractor that''s expanding its team and looking for an experienced Facades Manager to join on a permanent basis. Based in Leeds with travel to sites nationwide, you''ll be responsible for the successful delivery of a wide variety of external envelope systems across large-scale new build developments, with some recladding projects in the mix.

Systems you''ll be working with include:

• Rainscreen cladding systems (ACM, aluminium, terracotta, stone)

• Insulated render systems

• Curtain walling

• Unitised and stick glazing systems

• SFS (Steel Framing Systems)

• Built-up roofing systems

• Liquid-applied and membrane waterproofing solutions

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Managing the delivery of full fa-ade/envelope packages from start to finish

• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams on-site

• Travelling nationwide to oversee various project sites

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong background in facades or external envelope management on new build projects

• Solid technical understanding of cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and structural systems

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and oversee complex site operations

• Comfortable with nationwide travel as part of the role
