Facades Manager

Location: Liverpool L3 Start: ASAP Duration: Until Apr/May 2027 The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally within fa ade installation A strong background in high-end residential construction. SMSTS certification (or equivalent). A valid CSCS card. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Key responsibilities: Oversee daily operations. Subcontractor/labour management. Planning all materials and deliveries ahead of time. Ensuring all paperwork is in order Reporting to directors on a daily/weekly basis. Programme management; long term and short term.
