This is a key role for an experienced construction professional with strong technical and design management experience, particularly within projects subject to the Building Safety Act (BSA) and Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements. The successful candidate will have strong practical experience with the Gateway process , including Gateway 2 and Gateway 3, and will be confident managing design compliance and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
