      <description>Location: Park Royal | Salary: &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Facade Surveyor    £55,000 per annum    Park Royal    Full Time, Permanent   An experienced Façade Surveyor is needed to join a leading property restoration specialist company based in Park Royal, London. This role will provide the lead on a range of technical and professional surveying services whilst completing and overseeing, multiple surveys for Styles Façade Solutions.  Over the last decade, Styles Façade Solutions has grown significantly and continues to expand its portfolio of works requiring a dedicated team and resource to enable the company to deliver the best possible service to all clients. We undertake works to restore some of the most important and historic buildings in London such as the ‘National Gallery’ and the ‘Bank of England’.  In this role, you will prioritise the protection of architectural and heritage values through meticulous planning, non-invasive techniques, and detailed conservation reports. You will present survey findings clearly to clients using visual aids, ensure optimal resource allocation, and coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders.
