Facade Site Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a high-calibre Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a complex Trimo panel façade package on a flagship £50 million+ project in Reading – on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a highly detailed, architecturally ambitious façade on a major commercial scheme. You’ll join a forward-thinking delivery team at a critical stage of the programme and help push one of the region’s most exciting projects over the line.Responsibilities

Oversee the façade package (Trimo panels) from site setup to completionManage and coordinate specialist subcontractors and ensure smooth integration with other tradesTake full ownership of QA – ensuring all works are fully documented, inspected, and signed off to the highest standardsDrive programme, quality, and HandS compliance in line with main contractor expectationsLead interface coordination between design, procurement, logistics, and installationReport progress to senior leadership and contribute to key client/consultant meetingsWhat We’re Looking For
