Working as part of a professional team, you will be involved in specialist external cleaning and restoration works. Responsible for: Restoration cleaning of external façade and cladding surfaces Cleaning and restoration of aluminium façade systems Removal of environmental contamination and staining Surface preparation of aluminium cladding and window systems Application of specialist façade restoration coatings Working safely from BMU cradles / suspended access systems Requirements Previous cradle / BMU experience preferred Valid CSCS card  IPAF (beneficial) Working at height experience preferred SAEMA certification beneficial Must have a clear understanding of English language Comfortable working at significant height This role is ideally suited to a reliable and hard-working operative looking to secure consistent work on a long-term London contract.
