Facade Manager

Facade Manager Location: East London Sector: Residential Development / Main Contracting Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join a leading developer based in East London, overseeing facade packages on a residential development project. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on professional with proven UK experience working for either a residential developer or a main contractor. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all facade works on site, ensuring delivery in line with programme, quality and budget requirements. Coordinate facade subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors. Ensure all facade installations comply with UK building regulations, fire safety requirements, specifications and relevant standards. Monitor progress against the construction programme and proactively address delays or potential issues. Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure works are completed to the required standards. Coordinate with site management, design teams, consultants and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery. Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions, resolving design and coordination issues as they arise. Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed across facade operations. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and quality documentation. Requirements Proven experience as a Facade Manager on UK construction projects.
