We’re seeking a high-calibre Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a complex Trimo panel façade package on a flagship £50 million+ project in Reading – on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor.
This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a highly detailed, architecturally ambitious façade on a major commercial scheme. You’ll join a forward-thinking delivery team at a critical stage of the programme and help push one of the region’s most exciting projects over the line.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the façade package (Trimo panels) from site setup to completion
Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors and ensure smooth integration with other trades
Take full ownership of QA – ensuring all works are fully documented, inspected, and signed off to the highest standards
Drive programme, quality, and HandS compliance in line with main contractor expectations
Lead interface coordination between design, procurement, logistics, and installation
Report progress to senior leadership and contribute to key client/consultant meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Hungry, ambitious, and delivery-focused
– someone looking to grow within a Tier 1 main contractor environment
Proven track record managing façade or cladding packages (ideally including Trimo or similar panelised systems)
A strong handle on QA systems and processes – this is a
key deliverable
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
A hands-on problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile setting
