An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fa-ade Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a major construction project. This Fa-ade Manager role offers a long-term freelance contract of 12 months+, overseeing multiple high-value fa-ade packages while working as part of an established project delivery team on a flagship development.

About the Role of Fa-ade Manager

As Fa-ade Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of five fa-ade packages with a combined value of up to -7 million. Working closely with the Project Director, Senior Construction Manager, design teams, and specialist subcontractors, you will drive programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives throughout the fa-ade installation process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fa-ade specialist looking to join a well-respected Tier 1 contractor with a strong pipeline of major projects and long-term freelance opportunities.

Responsibilities for Fa-ade Manager

• Managing the delivery of five fa-ade packages valued up to -7m
  * Coordinating fa-ade subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements
  * Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications
  * Managing interface coordination between fa-ade, structure, and internal fit-out teams
  * Reviewing technical drawings, design information, and installation methodologies
  * Conducting inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the installation process
  * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across all fa-ade-related activities
  * Reporting progress, risks, and programme updates to the senior project team

Requirements for Fa-ade Manager

• Proven experience working as a Fa-ade Manager on major construction projects
  * Previous experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor is essential
  * Strong understanding of curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and fa-ade installation packages
  * Experience managing multiple fa-ade subcontractors simultaneously
  * Ability to coordinate design, programme, and site delivery requirements
  * SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid qualification preferred
  * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
