The package covers a complex range of fa-ade elements, including a unitised primary fa-ade, natural and reconstructed stone cladding, feature metalwork and architectural finishes, terrace balustrades and screening, roof pavilion glazing and fa-ade access systems, alongside key interfaces with MEP penetrations, smoke ventilation, roof plant screening and waterproofing. We''re looking for someone with strong fa-ade experience, proven Tier 1 project delivery and a track record of longevity on major schemes.
