This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused estimator with experience pricing complex façade packages and a strong understanding of modern construction methods, external wall systems and regulatory requirements. The Role You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for façade and building envelope projects from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Producing detailed take-offs and cost plans. Pricing façade, rainscreen cladding and associated building envelope packages. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identifying value engineering opportunities.
