Job Description for Fa-ade Engineer

• Review and interpret fa-ade drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Provide technical input during design development and value engineering stages
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct site inspections to ensure fa-ade installation quality and compliance
• Identify and resolve technical fa-ade-related issues during construction
• Monitor project progress and report on fa-ade package performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and safety standards
• Support procurement of fa-ade materials and specialist subcontractors
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and risk assessments

Requirements for Fa-ade Engineer

• Proven understanding and knowledge of facade projects-
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Understanding of relevant building regulations and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge
