Prepare detailed fa-ade engineering calculations, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate curtain walling, cladding, glazing, rainscreen, and structural fa-ade elements. Review architectural drawings and ensure fa-ade systems meet project requirements. Conduct structural and thermal performance assessments for fa-ade components. Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, CWCT standards, and fire safety requirements. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Produce fa-ade design solutions that balance aesthetics, performance, sustainability, and cost efficiency. Support value engineering exercises to optimise fa-ade systems and materials.
