      <description>Location: St Albans | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum + Package | Type: Permanent | Facade Designer - UK RESIDENTS ONLY  Our client, who are a rapidly growing Facade contractor,-are currently seeking an experienced facades designer to join their team in Hertfordshire.  Key Responsibilities     Design &amp; Detailing:  Produce precise technical drawings, fabrication details, and elevations for rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and specialised facade packages.      Technical Solutions:  Develop cost-effective, practical solutions for complex architectural interfaces and subframe systems.      Coordination:  Collaborate with project managers, structural engineers, architects, and site teams from early tender stages through construction delivery.      Compliance &amp; Standards:  Ensure all designs align with health, safety, and industry regulatory requirements.       Requirements    Minimum 5 years of professional experience in facade design or manufacturing.     Strong proficiency in industry-standard computer-aided design software (such as AutoCAD or BIM tools).     Sound knowledge of cladding types, modern building materials, and practical site assembly.</description>
