The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of façade design, compliance, and current building regulations, with the ability to review technical information and support clients throughout the design and construction process.Facade ConsultantPermanent PositionSalary: £50,000-£80,000 (DOE)Monday to FridayHenley-on-ThamesFacade ConsultantJob Description • Produce façade compliance reports in line with current building regulations and industry standards• Review façade design information and drawings across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5 to ensure compliance and technical accuracy• Support clients with Building Safety Regulator (BSR) submissions and Gateway requirements• Assess façade systems against relevant legislation, guidance, and performance requirements• Identify compliance risks and provide practical technical recommendations to design teams and clients• Liaise with architects, contractors, developers, and other consultants throughout project delivery• Attend design meetings and provide technical input on façade design and regulatory compliance• Review ..... full job details .....
