      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | A specialist fire consultancy is seeking an experienced  Facade Consultant  with a strong architectural background and proven fire safety experience. This is a strong opportunity for a  Facade Consultant  who understands external wall systems, fa-ade design, compliance, and the importance of practical fire safety advice across complex buildings.  The successful  Facade Consultant  will support clients across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise projects, providing technical input on fa-ade performance, external wall build-ups, fire risk, and remediation strategies.   The Facade Consultant''s Role   The  Facade Consultant  will review architectural drawings, fa-ade details, specifications, fire strategies, and external wall construction information. They will advise on cladding systems, insulation, cavity barriers, fire stopping, materials, buildability, and compliance with relevant UK guidance.  The  Facade Consultant  will prepare technical reports, attend design team meetings, support site inspections, liaise with clients, and work closely with fire engineers, architects, contractors, and developers.
