Facade and Cladding Estimator

A growing specialist contractor based in Leicester is seeking an experienced Facade and Cladding Estimator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders and accurate cost estimates for fa ade and cladding packages across commercial and residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed cost estimates for fa ade and cladding systems Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Completing material take-offs and pricing project packages Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender proposals Identifying value engineering opportunities and potential project risks Requirements Previous experience estimating facades, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, or building envelope systems Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Good commercial awareness and attention to detail Proficiency with Excel or estimating software Excellent communication and organisational skills Package Competitive salary depending on experience Opportunity to work on a range of large-scale commercial and residential projects Career development within a specialist fa ade contractor ..... full job details .....
