The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding structural steel components to a high standard while working safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld structural steelwork from engineering drawings. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications. Carry out MIG welding to a high standard. Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely. Assemble steel components accurately and within tolerances. Perform quality checks on completed work. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Follow all company Health & Safety procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a Fabricator/Welder in a structural steel environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
