MIG Welder / Fabricator / Repair Technician (Temporary 6-8 Week Assignment)Location: BournePay Rate: 15.00 - 16.00 per hour (depending on experience)Contract: Temporary (6-8 weeks)Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pmThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator / Repair Technician to join our clients team on a temporary basis for approximately 6-8 weeks to support a busy workload and holiday cover requirements.The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, cutting, repairing, and fabricating wearing parts used on agricultural machinery, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesMIG welding on agricultural machinery componentsCutting and fabricating replacement and wearing partsRepairing damaged machinery components and equipmentReading and working from drawings where requiredMaintaining a safe and tidy working environmentCarrying out quality checks on completed workCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience in MIG welding and fabricationExperience repairing machinery or heavy equipment is desirableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood attention to detail and quality workmanshipKnowledge of health and safety procedures within a workshop environmentPPECandidates who have their own:Welding helmet/headpieceSafety bootswould be preferred; however, all other required PPE and equipment will be provided by Agri Linc.Working Hours and PayMonday to FridayStart ..... full job details .....
